
48 Beverly Lane was a foreclosure/short sale property we were able to assist the previous homeowner from a consulting aspect.
This property had been vacant for roughly 2 years and was slowly falling to disrepair in an upcoming quaint neighborhood. We performed pre-construction services, advised current family estate members on process, and assisted the short-sale negotiator. This property was very complicated from a decision-maker side as there were roughly five estate members living all over the country. Each member had different opinions on what to do with the property and caused many delays.
After it all, we were able to help the owner move on from the property and help a new owner create the home they had always dreamed.
